Jeffrey Trappe II is a certified and experienced operations, business development, and project management professional with a proven record of building teams, driving sales, and increasing operational efficiencies. He started his career in the United States Marine Corps as a Small Arms Repair Technician and Heavy Weapons Instructor. He then moved into the hospitality industry, where he cut his teeth managing and operating 7 bars and restaurants in Tallahassee, FL, and later the Seattle, WA area. After seeing how many of his veteran colleagues could benefit from the use of plant medicine, including cannabis and psilocybin, Jeffrey joined the cannabis industry in 2016. He has since built a career in operations and business development for cannabis businesses through his experience in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. He is currently the National Director of Training and Development for Planet 13 Holdings, a multi-state, vertically integrated, publicly traded cannabis enterprise, which owns the largest dispensary in the world located in Las Vegas, NV.
