Sara Stewart is a hospitality and entertainment industry professional with 15 years of experience in some of the country’s most lucrative and successful establishments, including TAO Los Angeles and Hyde Sunset. She spent five years working in LA’s prominent nightlife scene managing celebrity guest lists and front door services for major events with VIPER by KCH including the Golden Globes, American Music Awards, and more. Sara was soon brought in to help open and manage America’s first Cannabis Cafe (formerly known as Lowell Cafe). As an avid consumer and an advocate for the canna-curious, Sara used this opportunity to learn about consumption lounge operations and created a company to assist license holders with SOPS, protocols and procedures, revenue streams and more. In 2021, Sara joined Green Thumb Industries as a project specialist for consumption lounges and onsite experiences. On 4/20 of this year, Sara helped lead the efforts with Green Thumb to officially open the first consumption lounge east of the Mississippi to be connected to a dispensary.
